The following constitutes a legal agreement between you and us with respect to our website service, the terms of which are set out below.

Our Products
Images on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display colours and products accurately, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display accurately reflects the colours. Each product is hand made and decorated, so natural variations may occur. We reserve the right to change the decoration depending on creative urges!
Purchasing
Our website service permits you to purchase our Products from our Site. These purchases are made and are permitted strictly pursuant to the terms and conditions below.
Age Restrictions: Alcohol available for sale on our website is an age-restricted product and you must not purchase those products if you are below the age of 18. By placing an order for an age-restricted product, you are confirming that both you and the recipient are over the age of 18.
Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. After placing your order you will receive an email confirmation from us two say that we have accepted your order.
Our order process allows you to check & amend your order and any errors before submitting. If for any reason you need to amend or cancel your order, or delay the delivery date, please notify us by email three full working days before your delivery date. For next day deliveries we are unable to cancel and unlikely to be able to amend, but will try our best to help.
As our products are custom made & perishable, your legal right to cancel a contract under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply.
Your order cannot be accepted until payment in full for the Products ordered has been received by us at which time a legally binding agreement on the terms set out here will become effective.
All products are subject to availability. We will get in touch as soon as possible if the product you have ordered is not available, and we reserve the right to substitute an appropriate alternative where we do not hear from you within a specified timeframe. This is to ensure we deliver as ordered.
Refund policy
We hope that you love your brownies. However, if on delivery you find that your order is wrong, incomplete or damaged, please notify us immediately by e-mail on info@bloodybrilliantbrownies.co.uk with your order number, order date, name and delivery address. If your delivered goods do not match your order confirmation or are damaged, we will refund your purchase or credit you.In the case of damaged goods you must take photographic evidence and retain the damaged products and all packaging for inspection by us. We will have no liability to you for any indirect loss.
We will refund the original payment method. Once the refund is issued the ownership of the goods passes back to us.
We can not accept the return of any products which have been purchased from any outlet other than this website. You must return the products to the outlet from which you purchased them.
Gift vouchers are non refundable. Vouchers have £0.01 cashable value.
We cannot accept the return of the product because you do not like the taste of them, or because they contain an ingredient you do not like.
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by English law. This means a Contract for the purchase of Products through our Site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
You acknowledge that we may change these Terms by posting new or updated Terms on our Site.
You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to check our Site regularly to ascertain if changes have been made and your continued use of our Site after such a change will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
