Our products are posted using a Royal Mail 48 hour service, so can usually be with you in 2-3 days from ordering. If you need them sooner, get in touch and we will try to help. Because our squares of deliciousness are hand made, a particular product may be out of stock for immediate despatch. If you want to delay delivery, pop a note on the checkout page, and we will post later ( you can order up to six months in advance).
We use Royal Mail 48 hour service, so delivery usually takes two business days. However, some circumstances will be out of our control, so we cannot completely guarantee delivery on a particular day.

This is an easy one: it doesn't matter! Our boxes are designed to drop through your letterbox, so they'll be waiting patiently on your doormat when you get home. If you order more than one box however, it will be too large.
If the postie can get there, we can send it to you! For some areas deliveries can take longer.
All our products are handmade in an open kitchen where allergens are present. Some items contain nuts, and all have eggs and dairy and gluten. If you have an allergy to something other then these do get in touch so that we can advise you.
Once an order has been placed we tend to get to work pretty quickly and get your brownies in the post unless you’ve asked for a delayed delivery date. If you’ve made a mistake do let us know and we will amend your order if we can.
Yes indeed! We use free range eggs in our chocolate brownies, proper butter and no animal gelatine. Our marshmallows are vegan.
We do not offer gluten free options as standard, because we use gluten in our open kitchen. Please get in touch with particular requirements and we will do our best to help.
Our standard range is not suitable for a vegan diet, but please do get in touch with specific requirements and we will be happy to help.
Congratulations! We don't include raw ingredients in our brownies, and although our centres are pudgy and squishy, they are cooked to a safe 72 degrees. Some do contain alcohol. Please see individual ingredient information, or get in touch for a chat.
Your brownies will keep fresh for about a week in their box in a cool, dark place, but are best eaten sooner rather than later. If refrigerated, warm them up by leaving them at room temperature for an hour or so before eating.
Yes. Give them a quick blast in the microwave or heat in a low oven. The toppings / decorations will melt though….
