About us...
Hello! I’m Sophie, founder of Bloody Brilliant Brownies.
As a professional chef, seeing the joy that food brings has always been my greatest pleasure. The canapés, the three course celebration dinner, the family lunch, the Sunday Roast….all wonderful cornerstones of celebrating and togetherness. But, oh, the pudding! When that hits the table, the party sings. If it’s chocolatey, it sings louder, and if it's a gooey, fudgy, chocolate brownie…well, that’s what you call proper delight.
So now, from our kitchen in South East London, we hand bake and decorate hundreds of bloody brilliant brownies (and blondies) every day. We use dark couverture chocolate, natural ingredients, proper butter and free range eggs, and love every second of developing new flavours (and rigorously testing them!), so you can order them online to get your brownies delivered in our glossy blue letterbox friendly boxes to someone or as a treat for yourself.
